"SmallWorld Consulting, LLC" will hereby be referenced as “SmallWorld”, “we”, “our”, “us”, and any other accompanying, given terms.
We’ve done our best to cut through the legal jargon and explain in simple terms what information we collect about you, what we use it for, and the few situations in which we share it with others.
Subject to the following, SmallWorld, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of SmallWorld, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to our clients. SmallWorld and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective through the duration of executed services, and upon termination of executed agreements, SmallWorld will return all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled during the terms of service.
SmallWorld will not: (a) disclose to any other person the existence or monetary value of services; (b) make any public announcement regarding SmallWorld's association with our clients; (c) use of our clients' names or any other trademark, service mark, logo or copyright-protected work
SmallWorld is permitted limited disclosure rights of certain creative content as part of a creative “portfolio” but only with the prior written consent of our clients.
When you contact SmallWorld, we store your company's name, your full name and email address, and create an associated profile with Personally Identifiable Information.
We receive some other information automatically when you use SmallWorld. This includes data about your device, software, operating system, operating system- provided device or user-specific advertising IDs for advertisement tracking (“Advertising IDs”), your IP address and the date and time of each request you make to SmallWorld.
So that we can make your SmallWorld experience better, we collect information about how you view, flip and interact with content and advertisements through SmallWorld.
We share your personally identifiable information only under these circumstances:
With your consent, after letting you know what information will be shared, and with whom.
We may disclose aggregate information about how our users use SmallWorld in a manner doesn’t identify you individually.
Cookies and HTML5 local storage are ways to keep information about your use of Internet services on your own mobile device or computer.
SmallWorld also uses web beacons in advertisements to allow SmallWorld and its advertising partners to see how users view and engage with advertisements. Depending on your advertising preferences set in your operating system, SmallWorld may share your Advertising ID with advertising partners in an anonymous fashion that is not tied to your name or email address.
Some browsers make it possible for you to signal that you don’t want your Internet browsing activity to be tracked. The Internet community hasn’t reached a consensus on how to best honor these signals, so we don’t respond to Do-Not-Track requests at this time.
If you’d like to delete your account, you can do so by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we delete your information, our services hold no liability, though we may still keep some log information in non-personally identifiable form and any other information you have made publicly available through SmallWorld (comments to content, for example).
